
This tool emphasises the importance of providing both collective and individual multiprofessional support for pupils’ learning and well-being in school in close collaboration with their guardians. Depending on the pupils’ needs, the support activities are planned, enacted and monitored either in a classroom or in small groups. It is important to negotiate together about the pupils’ needs, possibilities of support, forms of support, and responsibilities of pupils, teachers and guardians. The main goal is to support pupils’ learning, well-being and development, according to the curriculum in their educational path.
